Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
All goods returned to Morvezy must be in their original packaging with all original items. If the original packaging is not available, please securely package your item in a replacement box and in suitable packaging to best protect the device. The return address varies by product but is indicated on the return label. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.
Purchases made during a promotional offer are final and can only be refunded or returned if there is a manufacturer defect.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been received. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or declined. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will automatically be credited within 3 days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account. It may take some time for your refund to officially post. Then, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to process. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@morvezy.store
Shipping
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the delivery time for your exchanged item may vary.
